0A to 400A Integrated Current Sensor ICs

Allegro MicroSystems 0A to 400A Current Sensor ICs with Integrated Conductor are fully integrated solutions that provide high accuracy and reliability. The 0A to 400A Integrated Current Sensor ICs are automotive-grade devices that can take the heat and deliver highly accurate open-loop current sensing in the harshest applications environments. The 100µΩ CB package with high isolation is designed for sensing up to 400A.

Current Sensors

Allegro Microsystems Current Sensors are advanced ICs that achieve high efficiency and power density in designs. The Current Sensors are fully integrated solutions designed to make design-in easy. Allegro’s current sensors include fast over-current detection in addition to a precision analog output. Additionally, the current sensors offer a high voltage with excellent isolation ratings of up to 1100Vrms. The devices are ideal for residential and industrial solar inverter applications.

ACS772 200kHz Automotive Current Sensor ICs

Allegro Microsystems ACS772 200kHz Automotive Galvanically Isolated Current Sensor ICs offer a wide current sensing range (50A to 400A) and very low power loss in a proprietary CB package. The ACS772 achieves high performance with an accuracy of ±2.1% over the lifetime of the IC from room to hot temperature. The 2.5μs response time allows overcurrent fault detection in safety-critical applications while the reinforced galvanic isolation reduces the bill of materials. Furthermore, the ACS772 operates off of a single 5V supply.

Allegro MicroSystems Magnetic Speed Sensor ICs offer a comprehensive portfolio covering the full range of speed and speed with direction sensor ICs.
