Analog Devices Inc. LTM46xx µModule Regulators are system-in-package (SiP) power management solutions with integrated DC-DC controllers, inductors, power transistors, compensation components, input and output capacitors in a compact, surface-mount BGA or LGA package. The LTM46xx µModule Regulators support functions such as Step-Down (buck), Step-Up (boost), and Step-Down and Step-Up (buck-boost), and are available with a wide range of features. Select products are low-EMI solution compliant with EN55022 class B standards, CISPR 22 (Class B) & CISPR 25 (Class 5). The compact and highly integrated design of the µModule power products addresses time and space constraints while delivering highly reliable and efficient performance.

µModule® Power Products

Analog Devices Inc. µModule^® Power Products are system-in-package (SiP) power management solutions with integrated DC/DC controllers, inductors, power transistors, compensation components, input, and output capacitors. The devices are housed in compact, surface mount BGA or LGA packages. Analog Devices µModule power products support functions like Step-Down (buck), Step-Up (boost), Step-Down and Step-Up (buck-boost), Battery Charger, Isolated Converter, and LED driver.

LTM4644/LTM4644-1 Quad DC/DC μModule Regulators

Analog Devices Inc. LTM4644/LTM4644-1 Quad DC/DC μModule® Regulators with Configurable 4A Output Array operate over an input voltage range of 4V to 14V or 2.375V to 14V with an external bias supply. An output voltage range of 0.6V to 5.5V is supported by the regulators and the LTM4644/LTM4644-1 outputs can be paralleled in an array for up to 16A capability. Analog Devices Inc. LTM4644/LTM4644-1 regulators provide 4A continuous (5A peak) output current per channel delivered by the high-efficiency design. Bulk input and output are the only capacitors needed.
