Automotive Inductors

Bourns Automotive Inductors are small, high current auto inductors featuring low DCRs. These inductive components meet the board-level requirements of many automotive applications. All Bourns components that are approved for automotive applications are manufactured in facilities that are fully certified to TS 16949 and have been tested and qualified using the AEC-Q200 specification for passive components. The inductor lines offer next-generation signal conditioning for lighting, comfort, positioning, networking, electrification, infotainment, and many other applications.

SRP5030TA Automotive Shielded Power Inductors

Bourns SRP5030TA Automotive Shielded Power Inductors feature a carbonyl powder core, shielded construction, and an inductance range of 0.1µH to 10µH. The series features a high saturation current and are AEC-Q200 qualified, RoHS compliant, and halogen free. Bourns SRP5030TA Automotive Shielded Power Inductors operate in a -55°C to +150°C temperature range (temperature rise included). Typical applications include automotive systems, DC/DC converters, and power supplies.

SRP Automotive High Current Inductors

Bourns SRP Automotive High Current Power Inductors feature high saturation current and shielded construction for low magnetic radiation. The inductance range covers 0.1µH to 47μH. Inductor footprints range from 4.5mm x 4.1mm to 13.5mm x 12.5mm, heights range from 1mm to 6.2mm, Irms up to 55A, and Isat up to 118A. Typical automotive applications for Bourns SRP Automotive High Current Power Inductors include driver assistant devices, information/entertainment systems, and lighting. The electrical characteristics and dimensions are functionally equivalent to the existing standard series. AEC-Q200-qualified versions are available.
