DF40 0.4mm Pitch B2B/B2FPC Connectors

Hirose DF40 0.4mm Contact Pitch Board-to-Board / Board-to-FPC Connectors offer a 50MΩ insulation resistance, a 0.3A rated current, and a 30VAC/DC rated voltage. The DF40 series allows high density of board-mounted components, making the connectors ideally suited for small device applications such as mobile phones, digital cameras (DSC), digital video cameras (DVC), and other portable equipment. Despite the small size and low profile of these connectors, the contacts provide strong contact forces and long contact wipe (0.45mm), guaranteeing reliable electrical and mechanical performance. These connectors will self-align within 0.33mm. A positive "click" sensation confirms correct insertion and connection of all contacts. Hirose DF40 0.4mm Contact Pitch B2B/B2FPC Connectors feature built-in shock absorption, solder wicking prevention, and contact area protection.
