Low Side Gate Driver ICs

IXYS Integrated Circuits offers an extensive portfolio of low-side MOSFET and IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) gate driver ICs. These drivers feature output current ratings from 1.5A to 30A and voltage ratings up to 40V and are available in DIP, SOIC, DFN, TO-220, and TO-263 packages. Automotive-grade AEC-Q100 gate drivers are available with 4A, 5A, 9A, and 14A outputs. IXDx614 Ultrafast MOSFET Gate Drivers

IXYS IXDx614 Ultrafast MOSFET Gate Drivers offer a 4.5V to 35V voltage range with a low 10µA supply current rating. These drivers feature a low propagation delay with fast rise and fall times, making the IXDx614 family ideal for high-frequency and high-power applications. IXYS IXDx614 Ultrafast MOSFET Drivers operate in a -40°C to +125°C temperature range and have a 14A peak source/sink drive current.
