KYOCERA AVX X5R Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors are general-purpose dielectrics for ceramic capacitors offered in various capacitance values. These devices have a temperature variation of capacitance within ±15% of a -55°C to +85°C or +105°C temperature range. Case sizes range from 0101 to 1812, and voltage ranges from 4V to 100V. KYOCERA AVX X5R Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors are ideal for decoupling and filtering applications.

MLCC Solutions

This ceramic capacitor solution for SMD applications includes extremely high CV (X5R) MLCCs with low ESR for general-purpose decoupling and filtering and high CV (X7R, X7S, and X8R) MLCCs with FlexiTerm for industrial, automotive (AEC-Q200), and commercial applications. KYOCERA AVX Electrolytic Capacitor solutions include small case size tantalum chip, conductive polymer, and fail-safe niobium oxide (Oxicap™) that overlap with commercial, industrial, and AEC-Q200 ceramic ratings, in many cases providing interchangeable solutions. In contrast, the larger case sizes provide even higher CV options.
