Important circuit protection technologies include metal-oxide varistors (MOVs), transient voltage suppression (TVS) diodes, and fuses.

Littelfuse LED Lighting Solutions support all facets of the LED lighting market with innovative solutions that not only meet regulatory standards but also increase equipment safety and reliability. 1.5KE Diodes

Littelfuse 1.5KE Diodes are designed specifically to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient voltage events. The 1500W axial leaded devices are available in both unidirectional and directional versions with reverse stand-off voltages ranging from 5.8V to 495V.
