MCP413x, MCP415x, MCP423x, MCP425x Digital POT ICs

Microchip Technology MCP413x, MCP415x, MCP423x, and MCP425x Digital POT ICs are 7-bit and 8-bit, single or dual SPI digital potentiometers with non-volatile memory. These devices are available with end-to-end resistor values of 5KΩ, 10KΩ, 50kΩ and 100KΩ. These devices offer WiperLock™ Technology which allows the user unlimited reprogramming and locking of the wiper setting. This feature is useful for equipment that requires factory trimming or recalibration. The MCP413x, MCP415x, MCP423x, MCP425x Digital Potentiometers offer a variety of configurations simplifying design while minimizing cost, package size, and pin count.

MCP4161 Digital Potentiometer ICs

Microchip Technology MCP4161 Digital Potentiometer ICs support 7-bit and 8-bit single/dual resistor networks and potentiometer or rheostat configuration options. These potentiometer ICs offer a wide range of product offerings using an SPI interface. The MCP4161 ICs allow application-specific calibration settings to be secured in the EEPROM. These digital potentiometer ICs feature non-volatile memory with an automatic recall of saved wiper settings and WiperLock™ technology. The MCP4161 potentiometer ICs operate at a wide operating voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V and 2MHz bandwidth for a 5kΩ device.
