TS33x Micropower Voltage Comparators

STMicroelectronics TS33x Micropower Voltage Comparators consume one third of the current for the same response time, compared with currently available devices, such as the LMV331. STMicroelectronics TS33x Micropower Voltage Comparators address the demand for greater power efficiency and longer battery life in portable electronics applications. Available in single, dual, and quad versions in space-saving SMD packages, this comparator series targets signal-conditioning applications in mobile communications, battery-operated portable electronics, and alarm and security systems.

Micropower Low-Voltage Rail-to-Rail Comparators

These STMicroelectronics TS33x Micropower Low Voltage Rail-to-Rail Comparators are available in single (TS331), dual (TS332) and quad (TS334) versions. They can operate with a supply voltage ranging from 1.6 to 5 V with a typical current consumption as low as 20 μA. In addition, rail-to-rail inputs make them a perfect choice for low-voltage applications. Their availability in tiny packages is a real advantage for space saving constraints. The TS33x are specified for a wide temperature range of -40°C to +125°C, making them ideal for a wide range of applications.

TS33 Micropower High Precision Voltage References

STMicroelectronics TS33 Micropower High Precision Voltage References provide stable and precise output voltages with a 0.15% initial accuracy over an extended -40 to +125°C temperature range. The TS33 features an ultralow operating current for power-restricted designs and are very stable over the entire operating temperature range. This makes the references suitable for high-precision applications. The TS33 can be designed in applications where saving space is a critical issue. STMicroelectronics TS33 Micropower High Precision Voltage References are available in QFN8 surface-mount packages.
