CNA Series MLCCs

TDK CNA Multilayer Ceramic Chip Capacitors (MLCCs) are soft-termination, automotive-grade capacitors that feature conductive resin layers in the termination. These MLCCs offer low resistance due to the conductive layers that cover only the soldering positions. The CNA series operates in a -55°C to +125°C temperature range and exhibits ±10% capacitance tolerance. TDK CNA Series MLCCs provide improved reliability by promoting replacement to soft termination type. Typical applications include fail-safe designs in battery lines and the prevention of ceramic body cracks by board bending.

CN 22 nF 3225 MLCC'ler

TDK CN 22nF 3225 Multi-Layer Ceramic Capacitors (MLCCs) are low-resistance soft-termination MLCCs that achieve a leading 22nF capacitance in a 3225 (3.2mm x 2.5mm x 2.5mm) case size. These TDK MLCCs also feature C0G characteristics at 1000V. The capacitors feature a unique terminal structure that realizes resin electrodes, offering low resistance equal to standard terminal products. These TDK resin electrodes achieve high reliability against external stress and reduced loss, making them ideal for use as resonator and snubber capacitors.

Automotive Capacitors

TDK Automotive Capacitors are multilayer ceramic chip capacitors (MLCCs) that meet AEC-Q200 standards. TDK MLCCs are manufactured using tested and stable manufacturing processes, and parts are subjected to increased inspection to offer a high level of reliability. Products are available in general voltage up to 50V, mid-voltage up to 630V, and high temperature up to +150°C. They also come in SMD or leaded packages. TDK Automotive Capacitors can be used for crack mitigation solutions such as soft terminations and open-mode designs, automotive applications such as battery line smoothing, engine control units, and sensor modules.
