without the G4 or E4 suffix.

For lead-frame-based devices, the RoHS-compliant solution
is backward-compatible with lead-based processes; so the
same part is shipped regardless of whether a unique part
number or a standard part number is ordered.

Lead-frame-based unique part numbers will consist of the
standard part number plus a two-character suffix (usually

SN74AUP1G125 Low-Power Single Bus Buffer Gates

Texas Instruments SN74AUP1G125 Low-Power Single Bus Buffer Gates offer a single-line driver with a 3-state output. When the output-enable (OE) input goes high, the output is disabled. The Input-Disable feature allows floating input conditions, while the I_off supports partial-power-down mode operation. The high-impedance state is guaranteed during power up or power down only if the OE is tied to V_CC through a pull-up resistor. The current-sinking capability of the driver determines the minimum value of the resistor.

SN74AUP1Gxx Low Power Logic ICs

Texas Instruments SN74AUP1Gxx Low Power Logic offers very low power consumption, high battery life and is ideal for portable applications. Features include excellent signal integrity, input hysteresis (250mV typ at 3.3V) allows for slow input transition, operating VCC of 0.8V to 3.6V (optimized at 3.3V), best in class for speed-power optimization, balanced drive, 3.6V I/O tolerant, Ioff spec for partial power down, and ESD protection. Typical applications can include active noise cancellation (ANC), barcode scanner, blood pressure monitor, CPAP machine, e-Book, embedded PC, fingerprint biometrics, network-attached storage (NAS), server motherboard and PSU, TV: high-definition (HDTV), LCD, and digital, video communications system, wireless data access card, and x-ray.
