Conformal Coated Capacitors

Vishay/Sprague's Conformal Coated Capacitors, Series 592D, 594D, and 595D, are TANTAMOUNT® Solid Tantalum Chip Capacitors that offer large capacitance ranges, low ESR, and maximum CV. The surface mountable 592D, 594D, and 595D Series Conformal Coated Capacitors from Vishay/Sprague offer operating temperature range -55ºC to +85ºC (to +125ºC with voltage derating), 100% tin termination, compliance to RoHS Directive 2002/95/EC, standard capacitance tolerance ±10% and ±20%, and voltage rating 4 VDC to 50 VDC.

594D Solid Tantalum Chip Capacitors

The Vishay / Sprague 594D Solid Tantalum Maximum CV, Low ESR Chip Capacitors are part of Vishay's TANTAMOUNT® product line. The 594D series features the large capacitance rating rate of 1.0 µf to 1500 µF and a voltage rating of 4 WVDC to 50 WVDC. With Tin (2) standard terminations, the 594D series is RoHS compliant to directive 2002/95/EC. The Vishay / Sprague 594D Solid Tantalum Maximum CV, Low ESR Chip Capacitors are available in 8mm or 12mm tape and reel packaging available per EIA 481-1 and reeling per IEC286-3.7" (178mm) standard. 13" (330mm) available.

594D TANTAMOUNT® Capacitors

Vishay / Sprague 594D Series TANTAMOUNT® Capacitors are conformal coated, solid tantalum chip capacitors that offer low ESR and maximum CV. The surface mountable 594D Series TANTAMOUNT capacitors also feature large capacitance range of 1.0µF to 1500µF, standard capacitance tolerances of ±10% and ±20%, and are RoHS Compliant.
