TVS Silicon Protection Arrays (SPA)

Littelfuse Silicon Protection Array (SPA®) TVS Diodes are designed to protect electronics from very fast and damaging voltage transients, such as lightning and electrostatic discharge (ESD). These diodes offer an ideal protection solution for I/O interfaces and digital and analog signal lines in computer and consumer portable electronics. Littelfuse TVS diodes offer a broader application use and improved impulse protection performance over conventional diodes.

Connected Drug Delivery Device Ecosystem Solutions

SC1205 Bidirectional Discrete SPA® TVS Diode

Littelfuse SC1205 Bidirectional Discrete SPA® TVS Diodes offer high ESD (electrostatic discharge) protection in a 0201 DFN-2 package with silicon avalanche technology. The SC1205 TVS component safely absorbs repetitive ESD strikes of ±30kV (contact and air discharge defined in IEC 61000-4-2) without any performance degradation. Additionally, each TVS can safely dissipate a 7A 8/20us surge event as defined by IEC 61000- 4-5 2nd edition.
