Würth Elektronik WE-TVS Standard High-Performance TVS Diodes are preferred for power supplies or slow data cables to protect from ESD, fast transients (burst), or power surges (surge). Features include a fast turn-on, a low clamping voltage, and high ESD withstand voltage. ESD protection meets EN 61000-4-2 in accordance with 8kV contact discharge and 15kV air discharge. Standard Series diodes are available as uni- and bi-directional components.
