F339X2 EMI Suppression Film Capacitors

Vishay / BC Components F339X2 EMI Suppression Film Capacitors are designed to reduce emission and increase immunity to radio interference. These capacitors feature robustness under high humidity, an excellent capacitive filter, compliance with automotive AEC-Q200 standards, and a UL-class 94V-0 flammability rating. The F339X2 EMI suppression capacitors have a capacitance range of 0.1µF to 4.7µF, permissible DC voltage of 630VDC at 105°C, and voltage range of 305VAC. These capacitors meet the requirements of the demanding IEC60384-14:2013/AMD1 standards which define specific levels of humidity robustness that RFI capacitors must observe. These EMI suppression capacitors can withstand the harsh THB test 85°C/85% RH for 500h at its 305VAC rated voltage. The F339X2 capacitors also support the 85°C/85% RH for 1000h at 240VAC. The F339X2 are automotive grade capacitors that conform to CQC, CSA-E60384-1:14, and UL 60384-14 standards.

Safety-Rated RFI Capacitors

Vishay Safety-Rated RFI Capacitors include film, ceramic disc, and MLCC devices. EMI suppression film capacitors offer high voltage ratings to 480VAC for across-the-line applications. High-reliability AC line-rated ceramic disc capacitors are available in reduced sizes and automotive-grade versions, with the "biased 85/85" accelerated life test qualification. Vishay Surface-mount MLCCs for safety-certified applications are available with C0G (NP0) and X7R dielectrics while meeting the IEC 60384-14 minimum 4mm creepage standard.
