MCX E31 Mikrodenetleyiciler (MCU'lar)

NXP Semiconductors MCX E31 Microcontrollers (MCUs) are 5V robust Arm® Cortex®-M7 core 32-bit MCUs with up to 4MB flash, 512KB SRAM, and EdgeLock® secure enclave. These MCUs, with built-in redundancy and fault tolerance, simplify system implementation and are designed to protect both assets and lives. The MCX E31 MCUs are used to develop highly dependable industrial solutions with scalable connectivity and advanced security features. These MCUs are SIL 2 HW integrity and SIL 3 systematic capability certified. The MCX E31 MCUs support the development of reliable, safe industrial and IoT (IIoT) applications. Typical applications include safe appliances, motor control, and energy storage.
