SLLIMM 2nd Series 3-Phase Inverters

STMicroelectronics SLLIMM™ 2nd Series 3-Phase Inverters are small, compact and ideal for 3-phase inverter systems in home appliances and air conditioners. The Small Low-Loss Intelligent Molded Module (SLLIMM) series combine ST proprietary control ICs (one LS and one HS driver) with improved short-circuit rugged trench gate fieldstop IGBTs. The SLLIMM 2nd series feature a high-performance AC motor drive in a rugged design.

STGIPL20K60 SLLIMM™ 600V IGBTs

STMicroelectronics STGIPL20K60 SLLIMM™ (Small Low-Loss Intelligent Molded Module) 600V IGBTs are intelligent power modules providing a compact, high-performance AC motor drive in a simple, rugged design. STMicroelectronics STGIPL20K60 IPM 20A 3-phase IGBT inverter bridge devices include control ICs for gate driving and free-wheeling diodes. STMicroelectronics STGIPL20K60 SLLIMM IGBTs feature the most advanced short-circuit-rugged IGBT system technology, making these devices ideal for 3-phase inverters in applications such as home appliances and air conditioners.

SLLIMM™ Intelligent Power Modules (IPMs)

STMicroelectronics SLLIMM™ Intelligent Power Modules (IPMs) extend ST's appliance-control product range with a thermally efficient solution that simplifies design by combining application specific IGBTs and diodes, proprietary control functions, smart protections and extra optional features. Directly connected to the microcontroller, IPMs convert microcontroller output into the correct high-power waveform to drive the motor. One module can replace more than 30 discrete components, thereby increasing reliability while reducing size and cost.

STGIB10CH60TS-L SLLIMM Short-Circuit IGBTs

STMicroelectronics STGIB10CH60TS-LZ SLLIMM™ Short-Circuit Rugged IGBTs are 2nd series small low-loss intelligent molded modules (SLLIMM). The series provides a compact, high-performance AC motor drive in a simple, rugged design. The devices integrate proprietary control ICs (one LS and one HS driver) with an improved short circuit rugged trench gate field-stop (TFS) IGBT. STMicroelectronics STGIB10CH60TS-LZ SLLIMM modules are ideal for motor drives operating up to 20kHz in hard-switching circuitries.
