Si82Fx Isolated Gate Drivers

Skyworks Solutions Inc. Si82Fx Isolated Gate Drivers integrate two isolated gate drivers into a single package for high-power applications. The Si82Fx includes single or dual control inputs with independent or high-side/low-side outputs. The gate drivers can perform with a 3V to 20V input supply and a maximum gate driver supply voltage of 30V. The inputs are CMOS, which delivers a robust noise margin.
