CS Type 1 Mild Steel Junction Boxes

Hammond Manufacturing CS Type 1 Mild Steel Junction Boxes feature screw covers without knockouts, designed for general-purpose indoor commercial use. The CS series is formed and spot welded with 16, 14, or 12 gauge steel and finished in ANSI 61 gray powder coating. The boxes are fastened with plated steel screws and provide keyhole slots that permit the cover to be removed without removing the screws entirely. Hammond Manufacturing CS Type 1 Mild Steel Junction Boxes offer through holes on the back of the enclosure for wall mounting. The CS series meets UL-50 Type 1 and CSA Type 1 standards and complies with NEMA Type 1, IEC 60529, and RoHS directives.
