The switch and multiplexers support single- and dual-supply operation. On-resistance values range from sub 1Ω to 10Ω and above. Switch configurations include SPST, SPDT, DPST, DPDT, and bus switches, while multiplexers include 2:1, 4:1, 8:1, 16:1, and differential configurations.

DG405B Low-Power High-Speed CMOS Analog Switches

Vishay / Siliconix DG405B Low-Power High-Speed CMOS Analog Switches are monolithic analog switches replacing the popular DG405 analog switches. The DG405B Switches provide improved performance, combining high speed (t_on: 100ns typical) with low power consumption, making the DG405B series ideal for portable and battery-powered applications. Built on the Vishay / Siliconix proprietary high-voltage silicon-gate process to achieve a high voltage rating and superior switch on/off performance, break-before-make is guaranteed for the SPDT configurations.
