S3x Glass Passivated Rectifiers

Vishay S3x Surface Mount Glass Passivated Rectifiers provide low forward voltage drop, low leakage current, and high forward surge capability. These rectifiers have matte tin-plated leads, solderable per J-STD-002 and JESD 22-B102 in low profile DO-214AB (SMC) package. S3x rectifiers are RoHS compliant and meet MSL level 1, per J-STD-020, and LF maximum peak of +260°C.
