Voltage Detectors (Reset ICs)

ROHM Semiconductor Voltage Detectors (Reset ICs) feature a highly accurate detection voltage of ±1% with low current consumption. The detectors are housed in small, thin packages and offer a wide range of detection voltages. The ICs can be used for every application equipped with controllers like microcontrollers, CPUs, or DSPs. The ROHM voltage detector IC series offers CMOS and open drain output. The output of reset signal can be selected for the connected power supply. Default SSOP packages are pin-compatible and function-compatible so that they can be used as replacements for existing ICs. All lineups are Pb-free and meet RoHS.

BD4x Automotive/Industrial LDO Voltage Regulators

ROHM Semiconductor BD4x Automotive/Industrial LDO Voltage Regulators are low quiescent regulators featuring 45V absolute maximum voltage. These regulators offer an output voltage accuracy of ±2% (3.3V or 5.0V typ.).
