PROFET™ +2 12V High-Side Switches

Infineon Technologies PROFET™ +2 12V High-Side Switches offer maximum load flexibility for multiple power distribution, providing protection functions and enhanced diagnostic capabilities. The high-side switches are equipped with adjustable overcurrent protection to provide high reliability in protecting the system. These features ensure that PCB traces, connectors, and loads are protected against a short circuit to ground. The load guard switches include a capacitive load-switching mode that charges large capacitive loads and reduces current peaks during capacitor switch-on.
