TSYS03 Digital Temperature Sensors
TE Connectivity's (TE) Measurement Specialties TSYS03 Digital Temperature Sensors provide factory-calibrated, high-accuracy temperature data of ±0.5°C at 0°C to +60°C. These miniature digital sensors contain a durable temperature sensor element, an analog-to-digital converter, and a microcontroller to manage data communications via an I2C interface. The operating and measurement temperature range is -40°C to +125°C with a resolution of ±0.01°C. TE TSYS03 Digital Temperature Sensors are available in a TDFN8 package to easily adapt to the space available on a PC board. The low operating and sleep currents make the TSYS03 series ideal for mobile and battery-power applications.
