MPM3690-50D DC-DC Power Modules
Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MPM3690-50D DC-DC Power Modules integrate monolithic DC-DC converters, power inductors, and other passive components. These fully integrated modules offer power solutions with excellent load and line regulation across a wide input voltage (VIN) range and load range. The MPM3690-50D power modules include a PMBus interface that provides configurations and monitors key parameters. These modules feature Over-Current Protection (OCP), Over-Voltage Protection (OVP), Over-Temperature Protection (OTP), and Under-Voltage Protection (UVP). The MPM3690-50D modules are available in BGA (16mm x 16mm x 5.18mm) package.
