EM70x Composite P-Clamps

TE Connectivity's (TE) EM70x Composite P-Clamps are engineered with separate mounting and locking features and can be installed earlier in the assembly process. These P-Clamps are cushioned cable mounting and accessories, operating at -65°C to +85°C temperature range. The EM70x P-clamps come in various sizes, such as 03, 05, 07, 09, 11, 13, 15, 17, 19, and 21. These P-clamps comprise Polyetheretherketone (PEEK) material, and the cushion inside includes chloroprene. The composite clamps feature a quick lock that allows operators to open and close clamps as needed quickly. These EM70x clamps come with separate mounting and clamping feature that allows flexible and modular assembly processes. The P-clamps also incorporate a hardware-free locking mechanism that eliminates the risk of FOD. Typical applications include commercial aviation, military aerospace, military vehicles, marine vehicles, industrial vehicles, rail, and automotive.
