QPA4346D Evaluation Board

Qorvo QPA4346D Evaluation Board is a demonstration and development platform for the QPA4346D 6W GaN Amplifier. The QPA4346D Amplifier is optimized for the 37.5GHz to 42.5GHz Satcom Q-V band. The QPA4346D achieves 3W linear power with 25dBc third-order intermodulation distortion products and 16dB small-signal gain. This device provides 6W of saturated output power while achieving 20% power-added efficiency. The QPA4346D is fully matched to 50Ω with integrated DC blocking caps on both I/O ports to simplify system integration.  The device's RF ports are DC coupled to ground for optimum ESD performance.
