The Bourns CDSOT23-S2004 240V Steering Diode Array is a high-speed switching diode array with a low capacitance of 3pF offering a Working Peak Reverse Voltage of 240V and a Minimum Breakdown Voltage of 300V. The SOT23 packaged device will mount directly onto the industry standard SOT23 footprint using a "rail to rail clamping" configuration.
