QPF4216 2.4GHz Wi-Fi® 6 Front End Module

Qorvo QPF4216 2.4GHz Wi-Fi® 6 Front End Module (FEM) is designed for IEEE 802.11ax systems. The QPF4216 features a 2400MHz to 2500MHz frequency range, up to 32dB transmit gain and a low 1.8dB noise figure. This highly integrated device combines a 2.4GHz power amplifier (PA), regulator, single-pole double-throw switch (SPDT), and a bypassable low-noise amplifier (LNA) into a single package. The compact form factor and integrated matching of the QPF4216 minimize the layout area in the application.
