EPCOS / TDK 0201 Ultra-Low Clamping and Capacitance (ULC) Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) Diodes provide bidirectional ESD protection of one high-speed I/O line per the IEC 61000-4-2 standard. These robust devices are available in a small chip scale package size of 0201 with a 0.15mm height and low leakage current. EPCOS / TDK 0201 ULC TVS Diodes are ideal for high-speed interfaces in smartphones, laptops, wearables, and other portable devices with tight space requirements.
