Bourns TISP61089QB device protects two monolithic SLICs (Subscriber Line Interface Circuits) on the telephone line from overvoltages from lightning, AC power contact, and induction. Rated for ITU-T, YD/T-950 10/700, and Telcordia Intra-building impulses, this quad voltage-programmable protector features a wide -20V to -155V programming range, low 5mA maximum gate triggering current, and high 150mA minimum holding current.
