ICS-40214 Analog MEMS Microphone

TDK InvenSense ICS-40214 Analog MEMS Microphone with Single-Ended Output offers high dynamic range, tight sensitivity tolerance of ±1dB, and a 128dB sound pressure level (SPL) acoustic overload point. This high-performance device includes a MEMS microphone element, an impedance converter, and an output amplifier. The ICS-40214 provides an extended frequency response from 35Hz to 20kHz, -38dBV sensitivity, and -88dB power supply rejection ratio (PSRR). TDK InvenSense ICS-40214 Analog MEMS Microphone features a bottom port and a small surface-mount package with 3.50mm x 2.65mm x 0.98mm dimensions.
