SuperFlash® Memory Products

Microchip Technology Superflash Memory Products are innovative, highly reliable, and versatile type of type of NOR flash memory. Based on SST's 0.18-micron self-aligned SuperFlash technology, these devices feature a chip erase performance 1000 times faster than similar devices. Available in small 32Mbit NOR Flash BGA package, the devices feature fast 70ns read access time, simple uniform smaller size sectors of 3KWord, and footprint compatibility with existing SST MPF 3.3V products.
