SP1026 0201 30kV ESD Protection TVS Diode Arrays

Littelfuse SP1026 Ultra-Small (0201) Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) Protection TVS Diode Arrays are robust diodes that can safely absorb repetitive ESD strikes at ±30kV (contact discharge, IEC 61000-4-2) without performance degradation. Each diode can safely dissipate 5A of 8/20μs surge current (IEC61000-4-5) with low clamping voltages. Littelfuse SP1026 features Zener diodes fabricated in a proprietary silicon avalanche technology. This silicon avalanche technology protects each I/O pin, providing a high level of protection for electronic equipment that may experience destructive ESD. Applications include mobile phones, smartwatches, tablets, portable medical devices, and more.

ChipSESD Protectors

Littelfuse ChipSESD Protectors are available in small 0201 and SOD882 chip-scale packages (CSP). These silicon electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection devices feature bidirectional technology and ultra-low capacitance. These protectors are easier to install and rework than traditional semiconductor-packaged ESD devices. These ChipSESD protectors combine the advantages of active silicon with a traditional SMT passive packaging configuration. Littelfuse ChipSESD Protectors help protect sensitive ICs in small portable electronics such as mobile phones, as well as LCD and plasma displays, HDMIs, USBs, DisplayPorts, and other high-speed digital or low-voltage antenna interfaces.

TVS Silicon Protection Arrays (SPA)

Littelfuse Silicon Protection Array (SPA®) TVS Diodes are designed to protect electronics from very fast and damaging voltage transients, such as lightning and electrostatic discharge (ESD). These diodes offer an ideal protection solution for I/O interfaces and digital and analog signal lines in computer and consumer portable electronics. Littelfuse TVS diodes offer a broader application use and improved impulse protection performance over conventional diodes.
