FRDM-GD3100 Evaluation Kits

NXP Semiconductors FRDM-GD3100 Evaluation Kits come with two MC33GD3100 single-channel IGBT gate drive devices for operation in the half-bridge mode. The FRDM-GD3100 Evaluation Kits replicate the single phase of three-phase motor drivers. These Evaluation Kits incorporate the Freedom KL25Z MCU hardware for interfacing the PC with SPIGen software to the SPI programmable registers on the MC33GD3100. 

Electric Vehicle (EV) Traction Inverters
