This Microchip power-efficient device uses only 100mWatts when awake, 10µWatts when asleep, and makes possible a new class of Internet enabled products. The Microchip WiFly GSX wireless networking module incorporates a 2.4 GHz radio, processor, TCP/IP stack, real-time clock, crypto accelerator, power management, and analog sensor interfaces.
