STM8L152x6/8 8-Bit Ultralow Power MCU

STMicroelectronics STM8L152x6/8 8-Bit Ultralow Power MCU features an enhanced STM8 CPU core for increased processing power of up to 16MIPS at 16MHz. The  STM8L152x6/8 maintains the advantages of a CISC architecture with improved code density. The board has 24-bit linear addressing space and an optimized architecture for low-power operations. The family includes an integrated debug module with a hardware interface (SWIM). This module allows non-intrusive in-application debugging and ultrafast flash programming.

STMicroelectronics STM8L Ultra-Low Power 8-bit Microcontrollers (MCUs) feature reduced system cost, low power consumption / advanced features, short development cycles, and product longevity. The STMicroelectronics STM8L101xx MCU family features the enhanced STM8 CPU core, providing increased processing power (up to 16 MIPS at 16 MHz) while maintaining the advantages of a CISC architecture with improved code density, a 24-bit linear addressing space, and an optimized architecture for low power operations. All STM8L101x MCUs feature low power low-voltage single-supply program Flash memory. The 8-Kbyte devices embed data EEPROM. The STMicroelectronics STM8L151xx and STM8L152xx MCU families are pin-to-pin compatible with STM8L101xx devices. The STM8L151xx and STM8L152xx MCUs feature a power supply range from 1.8 to 3.6 V down to 1.65 V at power down, architecture optimized to reach ultralow consumption both in low power modes and Run mode, fast startup strategy from low power modes, flexible system clock, and ultrasafe reset.
