SMLK18WB/K28WB High Power LEDs

ROHM Semiconductor SMLK18WB/K28WB High Power LEDs are PSML2 series high heat dissipation chip LEDs. The ROHM Semiconductor LEDs lineup comprises standard, top-view, side-view, and reverse-mount types. These LEDs come in a low package with a flat frame and are constructed using an InGaN chip structure. The LEDs are available in white variants with luminous intensity ratings of 4.8cd, 5.9cd, and 6cd. These high-power LEDs operate with a typical 90mA forward current and 3.9V forward voltage. The operating temperature range is from -40°C to 100°C.
