The iCE40 LP Series Family is 80% faster than the iCE65 Series, utilizing proven, high-volume 40nm, low-power CMOS technology. These FPGAs feature low-cost packages, tablet resolution HD video, and imaging. The Lattice Semiconductor iCE40 LP FPGAs also features an integrated Phase-Locked Loop (PLL), up to 533MHz PLL output, and a complete iCEcube development system.Features
