Littelfuse LJxx04xx & QJxx04xx Triacs
Littelfuse LJxx04xx and QJxx04xx Triacs are 4A, high-temperature sensitive, and standard solid-state triacs designed for AC switching and phase control applications. These triacs employ sensitive type components that guarantee gate control in quadrants I and IV needed for digital control circuitry. The LJxx04xx and QJxx04xx triacs also come with standard type components that normally operate in quadrants I and III triggered from AC line. These triacs incorporate solid-state switching that eliminates arcing or contact bounce that creates voltage transients. Littelfuse LJxx04xx and QJxx04xx triacs provide restricted (or limited) Radio Frequency Interference (RFI) generation that depends on the activation point of the sine wave. Typical applications include motor speed and temperature modulation controls, lighting controls, and static switching relays.Features
