MACOM MAAL-011151 2-18GHz Ultra Low Phase Noise Amps
MACOM MAAL-011151 2-18GHz Ultra Low Phase Noise Amplifiers are easy to use in a lead-free 5mm 32-lead PQFN package. The MACOM MAAL-011151 amplifiers feature an operating range from 2GHz to 18GHz and provide 15dB of linear gain, 19dBm of P1dB, and 3.5dB of noise figure at 10GHz. The device has a fully matched input and output to 50Ω with a typical return loss of >10dB.
Additionally, the MAAL-011151 features DC-blocked RF input and output ports, with amplifier control through a control circuit. The device is fabricated using a low-phase noise HBT process, which features full passivation for enhanced reliability. The MAAL-011151 can be used as a low-phase noise amplifier stage for signal generation applications.
The MAAL-011151 2-18GHz Ultra Low Phase Noise Amplifiers are ideally suited for test and measurement, EW, ECM, and Radar applications where ultra-low phase noise and drive power are a requirement.
