Allegro MicroSystems CT456 XtremeSense™ TMR Contactless Current Sensor

Allegro MicroSystems CT456 XtremeSense™ TMR Contactless Current Sensor is a high-bandwidth and low-noise sensor that enables high-accuracy current measurements for consumer, enterprise, and industrial applications. After calibration, this current sensor achieves a total error output of less than ±1% over supply voltage and temperature. The CT456 contactless current sensor is also offered in a user-programmable variant, which allows end-of-line calibration of offset and gain. This current sensor features more than -50dB effective common-mode rejection, 1MHz bandwidth, <300ns response time, and a 3.3V or 5V supply voltage range.

The CT456 contactless current sensor is assembled in a low-profile, industry-standard 8-lead TSSOP package that is green and RoHS compliant. Typical applications include solar/power inverters, battery management systems, industrial equipment, power utility meters, power conditioners, and DC/DC converters.
