American Bright LED BPD-BQDA34-RR End-Look Package PIN Photodiode
American Bright LED BPD-BQDA34-RR End-Look Package PIN Photodiode comes molded in a black epoxy package and allows spectral response from visible to infrared light wavelengths. The end-look package is designed for easy PC board mounting and is ideal for space-limited applications. This photodiode offers a wide receiving angle, providing relatively even reception over a large area. The BPD-BQDA34-RR photodiode is mechanically and spectrally matched to Bright’s GaAs and GaAlAs series of infrared emitting diodes. This photodiode features fast switching time, 60V maximum reverse breakdown voltage, and 100mW power dissipation. The BPD-BQDA34-RR photodiode operates within the -40°C to 85°C temperature range and is RoHS-compliant.
