Amphenol / SSI Technologies General Purpose Level Ultrasonic Sensors (GPLUS) offer a compact, cost-effective solution for continuous fluid level monitoring. These robust sensors are constructed from polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) plastic, making them compatible with a wide range of chemicals and temperatures. The modules use ultrasonic technology and an onboard thermistor for temperature compensation to provide a more accurate sensor than alternative low-cost level sensing technologies. Amphenol / SSI Technologies GPLUS sensors include a simple analog output, diagnostics, and a programmed fluid averaging filter. These features and a simple twist-lock installation offer an ideal solution for fluid level measurement applications such as coolant levels, fuel, food and beverage, and more.
