ams OSRAM LZ1-x0UV0R UV LED Emitters

ams OSRAM LZ1-x0UV0R UltraViolet (UV) LED Emitters are designed to provide superior radiometric power in the 365nm to 370nm wavelength range. These LED emitters are available on a standard star Metal Core Printed Circuit Board (MCPCB) with a small 4.4mm2 footprint that offers exceptional optical power density. The LZ1-x0UV0R UV LED emitters feature high radiant flux density while delivering unmatched thermal and optical performance.

The LZ1-x0UV0R UV LED emitters also feature a surface-mount ceramic package with an integrated glass lens. These UV LED emitters offer 1ADC forward current, 1A peak pulsed forward current, and six allowable reflow cycles. Operating within a -40°C to 150°C temperature range, typical applications include printing, PCB exposures, sterilization, medical, currency verification, fluorescence microscopy, and forensics.
