Analog Devices Inc. ADL8109 Low Noise Amplifier

Analog Devices ADL8109 Low Noise Amplifier is a 1GHz to 20GHz low noise amplifier (LNA) with 36.5dBm RF input power survivability. The ADL8109 has a gain of 15dB, an output power for 1dB compression (OP1dB) of 16dBm, a typical output third-order intercept (OIP3) of 28dBm, and a noise figure of 3dB from 8GHz to 18GHz. This LNA operates on a 5V supply voltage (VDD) with a 110mA nominal quiescent current (IDQ). The ADL8109 also features an RF input and output internally matched to 50Ω.

The Analog Devices ADL8109 is housed in a RoHS-compliant, 2mm × 2mm, 8-lead lead frame chip scale package (LFCSP) and is specified for operation from -55°C to +125°C.
