Apacer Technology Inc. PT250-M280 Solid State Drives (SSDs) are designed with M.2 2280 mechanical dimensions. These Commercial Extended Temperature (CET) SSDs comply with PCIe Gen4 x4 interface and NVMe 2.0 specifications, enabling the devices to operate in power management modes. The PT250-M280 SSDs achieve speeds of up to 570,000/677,000IOPS and 3,700/3,485MB/s in sequential read/write operations. These SSDs use 3D NAND technology for higher capacities of up to 2TB and offer improved power efficiency. The PT250-M280 SSDs are used in applications such as manufacturing, edge computing, 5G, networking, and factory automation.

The PT250-M280 SSDs include CoreGlacier technology to maintain low temperatures while delivering high-speed performance. These SSDs integrate Sidefill technology to improve durability and resilience against thermal and mechanical stresses. The PT250-M280 SSDs consist of a built-in thermal sensor that monitors SSD temperature through S.M.A.R.T commands. These SSDs provide end-to-end data protection to safeguard data integrity at multiple points. Additionally, Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) and Trusted Computing Group (TCG) Opal
(optional) ensure data security.
