Apacer Technology Inc. SH250-M280 Anti-Sulfuration SSDs are well-balanced Solid-State Disk (SSDs) drives that come with a standard form factor and great performance. These SSDs are designed in SATA 6Gb/s interface are able to deliver exceptional read/write speed. This makes it the ideal companion for heavy-loading industrial or server operations. The SH250-M280 SSDs feature anti-sulfuration technology with ANSI/ISA 71.04 2013 standard compliance. This lets the SSDs achieve a complete air barrier through strict inspection of special materials and technologies to increase system lifetime and ensure product reliability and durability.The SH250-M280 Anti-Sulfuration SSDs utilize 3D NAND for higher capacity up to 320GB and provide more power efficiency than 2D NAND. These SSDs are implemented with Low-Density Parity Check (LDPC) ECC engine to extend SSD endurance and increase data reliability while reading raw data inside a flash chip. The SH250-M280 anti-sulfuration SSDs are housed in M.2 2280 mechanical dimensions and are ideally suitable for defense, server, and networking.
