HW Ultra High-Sensitivity Hall Elements
The ultra-high-sensitivity Hall elements detect changes in a magnetic field instantly. These Hall element ICs achieve stable temperature characteristics in a constant voltage drive use case than a constant current drive. The ultra-sensitivity Hall elements are composed of Indium antimonide(InSb) material. Typical applications include DC brushless motors and closed-loop current sensors.
HG Low Drift Hall Elements
The HG low drift Hall elements are the most stable element temperature characteristics using a constant current drive rather than a constant voltage drive. These Hall elements are composed of Gallium Arsenide (GaAs) material and feature stable thermal characteristics and linear output. The HG low drift Hall elements are ideally used for image stabilization of smartphone cameras and open-loop current sensors.
