ATI Industrial Automation QC-46 Robotic Tool Changers

ATI Industrial Automation QC-29 Robotic Tool Changers bring optimum flexibility and robot compatibility in a compact design. This ATI Tool Changer series is extremely lightweight, weighing 2.98kg, and has a very low stack height of 66.3mm. The QC-46 features four flats and can accommodate up to seven separate utility modules to pass a large variety of signals, fluid, air, and more. These tool changers utilize the same locking mechanism as the QC-40 Tool Changer, handling payloads up to 50kg. The QC-46 features the same xy moment capacity as the QC-40 Tool Changer, but with increased moment z capacity of up to 2600in/lbs. Increased moment z capacity means that the tool changer can handle higher torsional loads.
